**Primary Care Physician**

Outpatient clinics in southern Indiana. Practice will house 2 primary care physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. You'll be part of the second largest physician group in the state. The community is surrounded by a national forest and is near a large lake and a resort with a highly rated casino, indoor water park, and one of the best golf courses in the country.
