Occupational Therapist needed for a skilled nursing facility in Springfield, VT. This position is for 13 weeks with a shift from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. A temporary license is available, and SNF experience is preferred. COVID vaccination is required, with no declinations or exemptions permitted.

**Job Description**

- Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assess patient needs and progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

**Requirements**

- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- State License - Occupational Therapist - Vermont
