- Maintain professional licensure: Hold a valid medical license and meet all necessary state requirements. Cardiac/TEE experience is preferred but not mandatory. AHA ACLS certification is required.

- Work seamlessly with a collaborative team: Integrate into a team of 4 MDs and 10 CRNAs. CRNAs manage OB call, while MDs handle OR call.
