- Doctor will conduct phone interviews as part of the hiring process

- Patient volume: Approximately 20 patients per day in the clinic
- 10-15 procedures per week
- 3-4 surgeries per day in the operating room (OR)

- General urology procedures, including in-clinic vasectomy and infant circumcision (outpatient, not required)
- No robotics required
- Disposable flexible stethoscopes are used in the clinic

- 99-bed facility
- EMR system: Cerner

- Occasional on-call coverage required, with flexibility depending on availability

**Requirements**

- Board Certification: Urology (BC or BE)
- Licensure: Active Arizona license required; Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) accepted
- DEA required
- No CSR required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in urology
- Preferred experience with Cerner EMR system
