- SLP - Speech Language Pathology Texas Speech Language Pathology License upon hire required or SLP-I - Speech Language Pathology Intern Texas Speech Language Pathology License upon hire required. 
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required.
