This health care agency has a 22-bed inpatient unit. They are looking to hire an Adult Psychiatrist to share inpatient coverage. 

**Job Description**

- 7 days on - 7 days off schedule, hours are 7 am to 7 pm
- Responsible for new evaluations, assessments, development of treatment plans, and discharge summaries
- Residents rotate through, providing on-the-job training for residents
- Call is covered by two pools of workers: hospital employees and contract providers
- Hospital employees cover 7 nights out of the month (mostly weeknights)
