**Requirements**

- Current state licensure as a medical doctor in the state of employment, compliant with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Board certified in anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology/American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology.
- Maintenance of necessary clinical privileges to provide anesthesiology services at sites within your market.
- Proven relationship management skills, especially with physicians and senior leaders.
- 5+ years experience in delivery of physician services and medical staff administration with proven success in progressive responsibility in healthcare leadership.
- 7-10 years direct experience spanning the mission components of physician compensation and contracting, funds flow, strategic planning, program implementation, physician relations and alignment, and physician communication.
