**Job Description**

- Competitive pay plus medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time providers
- Flexible full-time schedule
  - 8 or 10 hour shifts
  - No call or weekends required

- Credentialing estimate 1-2 months
- Primary care: Provide standard primary care, diagnose medical conditions, perform physicals, manage medications, and some minor procedures such as suturing
  - Collaborate with other providers: Work with other providers and medical assistants to ensure a high standard of care
  - Refer patients: As needed, refer patients to off-site specialists
  - Patient load: Adult population, approximately 25-30 patients per day

- Active/unrestricted Oregon Physician Assistant license
- BLS/ACLS certification
