**Job Description**

- OR is open Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM and up to 9 hours of call on Saturday and Sunday during the day (typically 8 AM to 5 PM).
- Would be the early CRNA (6:30 AM to 2:00 PM) half the time and late CRNA (6:30 AM to 5:00 PM) half the time.
- Late days are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and are rotated among the providers.
- Call would be every 4th weekend at a minimum, Saturday and Sunday during the day (8 AM to 5 PM typically) and go in as needed.
- Cases include General Surgery, GYN, ENT, GI, Ortho, Cardio (battery changes only), Pain, Podiatry, Urology, and Ophthalmology.
