**Cytotechnologist**

Seeking a full-time Cytotechnologist to join a great team in a beautiful coastal area of Southeastern Georgia! This full-time permanent role offers great benefits, and relocation assistance is provided for this position. Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:00pm. Non-GYN.

**Job Description**

- Evaluates cytological specimens for acceptability and is responsible for diagnostic interpretation according to established cytomorphologic criteria in conformance with state and federal regulatory guidelines.
- Examines cells on glass slides to detect evidence of diseased conditions and pre-malignant and malignant cells.
- Examines gynecological and/or non-gynecological slides daily according to department protocols.
- Records findings in the computer system.
- Records required data on daily screening and departmental logs.
