**Job Description**

- Serve as medical director for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and participate in administrative and quality initiatives for the facilities.
- Attend and participate in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings; provide guidance to facility staff; review and revise facility's clinical guidelines; ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; train facility staff; and supervise facility clinical staff.
- Act as the attending physician for residents at each facility, collaborating with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs.
