**Job Description**

- Above-market pay: Base salary $260K plus 20% of base in bonuses, realistic earnings over $300K
- Small patient panel: patients total
- Light daily volume: See just patients per day
- 100% outpatient: No hospital shifts, no nights, no weekends
- Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**Requirements**

- M.D. or D.O.
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome but not required
- Active, clear medical license and DEA
- 2+ years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting preferred
- Solid clinical skills: suturing for minor wound closures, joint injections, skin biopsies, and comprehensive wound care
