**Job Description**

- Manage the operation of the Wellness Department, including maintaining standards in elder care services.
- Supervise and oversee the Wellness Department team, including training and assigning overall duties in accordance with the elders' needs.
- Meet financial and budgetary guidelines while upholding state regulations and procedures.
- Hire, train, supervise, and assign significant overall duties/tasks in directing the work of all Wellness Department team members with full accountability for the performance of subordinates.
- Create staffing schedules that meet state guidelines, time off requests, overtime guidelines, or other modifications in work schedules.
- Communicate and enforce policies and procedures, including the Employer's policies and procedures, and directly discipline and/or effectively recommend corrective and disciplinary action to enforce such policies.
- Direct and coordinate elder service plans from move-in to move-out, completing timely and accurate assessments and evaluations as required by state regulations and Compass Senior Living policy.
