**Job Description**

- Credentialing takes 2-4 weeks.
- Start date: 12/1/25; ongoing through 2026.
- Contracts available for 3 to 6 months.
- Schedule: 4 weeks per month, 8-hour days, with 2 surgeons needed.
- Patient volume: Surgical case day will have 2-5 cases; scope day will have 6-8 cases. Initial volumes will be conservative as we reestablish this program after a 3-year gap. On a clinic day, expect to see 8-10 patients, but this can vary based on referral volume.
- Procedures required include both upper and lower scopes, which are significant to the volume.
- EMR system used: EPIC.
- Must have an OR license (we will wait for the license).
