- See pre-op patients and complete H&P; enter orders and patient care notes, round on CTS patients in CSICU post-operatively and enter rounding notes as appropriate, perform bedside procedures as needed; be readily available for urgent CTS needs on IMCU floors (MRTs)
- Provide open communication and status updates to surgeons and intensivist teams
- OR first assist, endoscopic vein harvest, first assist, chest closure, suturing, enter postoperative orders
- Case mix includes: CABG, valves, heart transplants, aortic dissections, lungs, MCS, TAVR
