**Facility Overview**

- EMR System: eClinical Works (eCW), transitioning to Epic on 6/1/2024
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Providers Required: 1 Physician (No specific title)
- Clinic Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Patient Load: 18 patients per shift
- Support Staff: Well-established practice with six MDs and one PA. One experienced RN at the clinic with three days of pharmacist support onsite. Dedicated MA.

**Requirements**

- Board Certification: Certified in Family Medicine
- License: Licensed in WA or IMLC
- Certifications: None required
