**Interventional Pain Management Physician**

We are looking for an Interventional Pain Physician to join our growing medical team full time at our offices in Pell City, AL just 35 minutes east of Birmingham and/or our office in Rainbow City, AL (about 30 miles north of Pell City). Ideally, we are seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified interventional pain physician with experience in a wide variety of pain management procedures. We are looking for outstanding physicians with a passion for quality, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a team approach to join our growing organization and participate in defining the pain management practice of the future. We have two locations, Pell City and Rainbow City, and we are looking for an empathetic, knowledgeable, and motivated physician to join us.

**Job Description**

- Patient exam/evaluation to include medical history and relevant imaging/studies
- Direct patient care (diagnoses, treatment plans) for a wide variety of pain types and conditions
- Perform interventional procedures as medically necessary
- Referral as needed for imaging and consultation with other specialties
- Regularly reassess patients to determine effectiveness/progress
- Patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment plan options, post-procedure care, and lifestyle modifications
- Coordination of treatment plan with patient and other team members
- Accurate and timely documentation

**Requirements**

- BC/BE Physician in Interventional Pain Management
- Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management
- MD or DO with license in Alabama

**Schedule**

- Full time (Monday-Friday)

**Total Compensation**

- $450k+ (base salary + productivity bonuses)
