We provide an acute inpatient treatment program for adults who are struggling with behavioral health concerns. Due to expansion, we are looking for an additional full time Psychiatrist to join the team. Overview:Responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses through a combination of personal counseling (psychotherapy), psychoanalysis, hospitalization and/or medication. Summary:-Responsible for providing clinical services to patients at the facility. -Practice within medical protocols defined by federal and state regulations, as well as by corporate, facility policy or procedures. -Review medical information on patients to ensure medical stability and to offer medical recommendations. -Evaluate patients for mental, emotional or behavioral disorders. -Treat or direct treatment of patients, utilizing a variety of psychotherapeutic methods and medications. -Review and complete medical information for individual care plans, documents services and information in a timely manner. **Job Description**
