**Family Medicine/Emergency Medicine**

Join our team in a permanent position located in Carrollton and Bremen, Georgia. This outpatient facility is seeking a provider to cover a vacancy with a clinical-only focus.

**Job Description**

- Provider will work 3 weekdays one week; 2 weekend days plus two weekdays the following week
- Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 8 PM (or until the last patient)
- Saturday and Sunday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM (or until the last patient)
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**

- Active GA License or eligibility
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- DOT Certification preferred
