**Job Description**

- Traditional office hours, Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology to decrease workload and allow more time to focus on patient care
- Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient population
- Work collaboratively with a team of physicians and Advance Practice Providers
- EPIC EMR documentation system
- Board certified or board eligible in family medicine and Texas license required
