**Job Description**

- Outpatient only; no hospital work
- Flexible schedule: Full-time (5 days/week) or Part-time (3 days/week)
- Monday to Friday hours, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1-hour break
- Weekends off
- No call duties; phone calls are minimal and routed to the supervising physician
- Strong mentorship; physician has 30+ years of experience and is highly supportive
- Additional provider onsite for collaborative support
- Immediate need; start date is flexible
