Join our dynamic team as a provider in an established outpatient practice that includes an infusion clinic. 

**Job Description**

- Work 3 days a week
- Must be board certified
- Temp privileges are available
- Only CVs with an active license will be considered
- Coverage type is scheduled clinic hours only
- See 25 to 30 patients per day
- Rounding is required, averaging 5 to 10 patients per month
- Receive 3 to 5 calls while on call per month
- Rounding takes 0-2 hours
- May be called back in 0-2 times during a 24-hour shift
- Use Meditech as the EMR system in the clinic and hospital
- Support staff includes 4 nurses and 2 medical assistants, with mid-level support available per provider preference
- Perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsy and infusion clinic oversight (approximately 30% oncology & infusions, 40 to 50% injections and monthly treatments/hematology general infusion services)

**Requirements**

- Must fly into Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Airport (AVP)
- Participation in the Cancer Committee and Tumor Board is required
