**Job Description**

Join 6 Physicians in a flexible practice environment with 7 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM). 

- 7.58 (24-hour shift) per month
- CNM schedule: 2 CNMs Monday - Thursday, 1 CNM Saturday - Sunday
- 1,385 deliveries in 2024, averaging 2-3 deliveries per day
- 95% of vaginal deliveries done by CNM
- Level II Nursery for gestational 34 weeks delivery
- Will cover unassigned patients, ED consults, and GYN consults
- Backup to CNM with no clinic responsibilities
- On-site coverage required

- 24/7 backup physician coverage to assist with emergency GYN surgery and additional physician OB support when required
