The group includes two internal medicine physicians and ten advanced practitioners. The physician will see patients in a clinic, long-term care, or assisted living setting.

**Job Description**

- A base salary and a potential partnership track are offered after the second year (the group will have flexibility with salary depending upon the level of experience).
