- Work alongside four full-time Orthopedic Surgeons and four full-time Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Perform history and physical exams, evaluate, diagnose, treat, and provide consultation to patients of all ages to correct or treat various conditions, illnesses, and injuries of the extremities, spine, and associated structures by medical, surgical, and physical means.
- Address conditions including trauma, infections, tumors, metabolic disturbances of the musculoskeletal system, deformities, injuries, and degenerative diseases of the spine, hands, feet, knee, hip, shoulder, and elbow.
- Provide care to patients in the intensive care setting in conformance with unit policies.
- Assess, stabilize, and determine the disposition of patients with emergent conditions consistent with medical staff policy regarding emergency and consultative call services.

**Requirements**

- Must have an active Iowa license at the time of presentation.
- Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible.

**Compensation**

- $2500 per 24-hour call (no gratis hours included).
- $375 per hour for any hour worked in the facility while on call (no gratis hours included).
