**ICU RN**

Join our dynamic team as an ICU RN. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with 0.4-0.6 FTE, working 12-hour shifts starting at 0700 in the ICU unit. 

**Job Description**

- Utilize the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of patients from admission to discharge or transfer.
- Provide expert care and education to patients in the critical care setting.
- Act as a patient advocate, leader, mentor, and positive role model for assistive personnel.
- Be knowledgeable in all procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents related to critical care.

**Requirements**

- Current state RN license
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
- ACLS required within six months of hire
- Two years of nursing experience required

**Preferred Qualifications**

- BSN
- Experience in critical care
- Previous experience with IntraAortic Balloon Pump, Impella, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy
- CCRN certification
