**Job Description**

- Flexible schedule Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm
- Long-term acute care hospital setting
- PA License
- Will float between two LTACH locations
- 1+ years PT experience required; acute care preferred
- BLS certification required
- EMR: Protouch/Nethealth
