**Job Description**

- Full-time position
- Hours: Typically Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Employed position suitable for new graduates
- Average patients seen: 20-24
- Call schedule: Call is shared regionally and very limited. Outpatient only. About 4-6 weeks per year
- Compensation: Highly competitive, offering $175k-$250k, depending on experience. Bonus available, up to 20% of annual compensation

Providers offer a value-based healthcare model, minimizing high patient volumes, so they can focus on their primary objective: providing top-tier pediatric care. Each site has a team-based model with MDs, NPs, RNs, and MAs supporting each provider. EMR: eCW (E-clinical works). 

Your voice matters: As a newly-founded health group, physicians are coming in to help shape and offer consultation, with lots of opportunity for growth. Work-life balance is pivotal. Call is first triaged by pediatric RNs, then shared regionally amongst providers. On average, call may occur 4-6 weeks throughout the year and is outpatient, phone call only. Accepting tenured and new graduate physicians. Must be licensed in Florida.
