**Requirements**

- Active and current MO or applicable Compact Registered Nurse License.

- Proven work experience as a supervisor.
- In-depth knowledge of private duty nursing is a plus but not required - we will train.
- Thorough knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in nursing.
- Team supervision skills.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid nursing license.
