**The Opportunity**

- Seeking Hospitalist physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
- Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, BLS, and PALS are required.
- Previous hospitalist/inpatient experience is highly preferred.
- Current MI state license is a plus.
- Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
- Providers will be cross-credentialed at the following sites: Sparrow Carson Hospital, Sparrow Clinton Hospital, Sparrow Eaton Hospital, Sparrow Ionia Hospital, and Sparrow Specialty Hospital (LTAC).

- Sparrow Eaton Hospital - Charlotte, Michigan
- Sparrow Carson Hospital - Carson City, Michigan
- Sparrow Clinton Hospital - St. Johns, Michigan
- Sparrow Ionia Hospital - Ionia, Michigan
- Sparrow Specialty Hospital (LTAC) - Lansing, Michigan
- Sparrow Hospital - Lansing, Michigan

- Only Level One Trauma Center and largest hospital in the region.
- Stroke Center of Excellence and Chest Pain Center.
- 733-bed facility with 45 closed-ICU beds.
- An average of 15 day admits and an average of 1-2 night admits.
- No procedures required; codes handled by ICU, RRT coverage.
- Vent management required.
- On-site lab and imaging.
