- Temporary labor in place with a requested start date of June 2 for 6 months
- Total number of FTEs needed: 2
- Root cause for opening: 2 full-time core team members transferred to other programs
- EMR: EPIC
- Coverage dates: June - ongoing
- 24-hour shifts, looking for 5-6 shifts per month
