**Job Description**

- The TeleQuality RN (qRN) provides quality, best practices support and data collection for a diverse population of critically ill ICU/stepdown unit patients across multiple hospitals.
- Assesses and collaborates with other TeleICU personnel and the bedside team via audio/video connections during patients' unit stay to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Discusses patient care issues with physicians and other health care team members.
- Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
- Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.

Join our team at Mercy Hospital Washington, where we provide excellent care to our community 24/7. Our 26-bed unit is staffed by a highly motivated, hardworking, and talented group of coworkers. This position offers the opportunity to care for a large variety of illnesses and injuries, as there are no other trauma-rated or pediatric-specific emergency departments in our immediate area. The nurse-to-patient ratio is generally 1:4, and we have patient care technicians, paramedics, and patient support associates as part of our care team.

**Job Description**

- Part-time position (12 hours/week) with a shift from 2 PM to 2:30 PM
- Provide emergency care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality patient care

**Requirements**

- Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed, meeting all state board of nursing requirements
