- Coverage is needed due to a provider vacancy and department restructuring.
- The locum tenens orthopaedic surgeon will cover clinic, surgery, and call.
- Admissions are required.
- Call is split between two providers with support from PAs and DOs.
- The facility uses Athena for electronic medical records.
- Call response time required is 15 minutes.
- Average call ratio is 1:2.
- Shift Schedule: Hours are 8 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Friday) for clinic, surgery, and call.
- Few patients per week for call back.
- Flexibility for multiple providers available.

**Requirements**

- Board Certification: Eligible
- Fellowship: Preferred
- Iowa State License: Required
- BLS certification required
- Preferred skills include experience in Arthroscopy, Total Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, Pediatrics, and trauma cases.
