**Job Description**

- Provide direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
- Follow occupational treatment plans for patients (i.e., activities of daily living).
- Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable, timely, and functional goals.
