**Job Description**

- Provide full-time coverage at ThedaCare Medical Center - Waupaca
- No call required; 12-14, 12-hour shifts per month
- Work at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with a hospital campus attached to the clinic
- Multi-specialty support available (Ortho, Cardiology, Oncology, Urology, Pulmonary, ENT, and Ophthalmology)
- Responsible for emergency room cases including trauma, ambulatory care, and primary care
- Average volume in a 24-hour period per physician: 
  - May-September: 35-50 patients 
  - October-April: 25-35 patients
- APC support on weekends and Mondays
- Partner with primary care providers and two general surgeons
- Responsibilities include trauma, ambulatory care, and primary care
