**Locum Tenens - OB Hospitalist**

Join our team as a Locum Tenens OB Hospitalist in Clyde, North Carolina. This position offers an opportunity to provide essential care in a facility with ongoing staffing needs.

**Job Description**

- Call ratio: 1:3
- Call type: Beeper
- Response time requirement: 30 minutes
- EMR: Paragon
- Facility beds: 11
- Patients per shift: 2-5
- Admissions: Required
- Rounding: Assigned & unassigned patients

**Requirements**

- Board status: Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
- Licensure: Active North Carolina (NC) medical license - Required
- Certifications:
  - ACLS - Required
  - NRP - Required
  - Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM): Minimum 2 years experience - Required
- Fellowship: Preferred but not required

**Staffing Context & Coverage Needs**

- OB clinic experiencing staffing shortages (FMLA, pending licensure)
- Currently only one delivering physician on staff
- Immediate dates needing coverage:
  - September 1-2, 2025
  - September 11, 2025
  - Additional dates in September TBD
- Ongoing need: Until staffing stabilizes
- Once onboarded, locums may be added to a pool for future coverage
