**Requirements**

- Licensure: Must have a current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
- Certification: Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Neurosurgery and currently certified in BLS/ACLS or equivalency.
- Experience: Must have two years' experience in clinical Neurosurgery.
