**Job Description**

- Preferred schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

- Scope of work: 50% kids and 50% adults, chart closure within 72 hours of seeing patients

- Active California license
- Board certified

- Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
