We are looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist to join our team and work at our partner's skilled nursing facility located in Grove City, PA. This Physical Therapist would be treating in a 120-bed skilled nursing facility with residents that have conditions such as dementia, stroke, and orthopedic issues. **Job Description**

- Receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus!
- Implement, with minimal supervision, high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and with Premier policies and procedures.
- Evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, develop discharge plans, assist assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
- Maintain a positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
- Sustain superior client relations with facilities and their staff.

**Requirements**

- A commitment to helping our residents achieve optimal outcomes.
- Proof of being a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
- A valid state professional license.
- A valid state driver's license.
- A completed and successful TB test, physical examination, and a criminal background check.
