Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Physician Medical Director-Geriatric Locum to work near Longmeadow, Massachusetts (MA). The team is anticipating the coverage starting on 2/2/2026. The role offers a competitive market rate and locum benefits.

**Job Description**

- Serve age 55 and older in an all-inclusive care for the elderly (PACE) model
- Care for seniors with chronic care needs
- Provide general medical direction and supervision of the medical aspects of participant care under the supervision of the Executive Director
- Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday

**Requirements**

- MA state license; active, unrestricted
- BLS, DEA
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice; preference for BC in Geriatrics
- Experience in geriatrics preferred; previous supervisory experience (1-year minimum) required
- Clean malpractice history preferred
- CV must be formatted with MM/YYYY for all work and training
