Physician shifts - 7a-7p and 7p-7a. APP shifts - 9a-9p, 11a-11p, and 5p-5a. Number of beds - 21 beds. Transfer locations - Any of the Ohio Health facilities Grant Riverside Doctors. Transfer - 9.9.
