- Shift Structure:
  - Option 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  - Option 2: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Call Requirements:
  - Weeknight and weekend call as needed to fill gaps
  - Most call covered through March except for 1-2 nights
  - First week of April will require heavier call coverage due to vacations
- Practice Details:
  - Setting: Acute care hospital with Level III trauma services
  - Patient Volume: Patients per day
  - Support Staff: Yes
  - Hospital Size: 94 beds (primary site) with additional affiliated hospitals in the region
  - EMR: Epic
- Clinical Scope Includes:
  - First assist in general and robotic surgery
  - Trauma support (Level III trauma experience required)
  - OR coverage as primary responsibility
  - Floor coverage only if assignment is extended long term
  - Weekend rounding and call coverage as needed
  - Orthopedic experience is a plus

**Requirements**

- Board Certification: Required
- License: Active New York license required (not willing to license)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Experience:
  - Minimum 2 years recent surgical experience
  - General and robotic surgery required
  - Trauma experience required (Level III)
  - Recent Epic experience required
- Credentialing Timeframe: 6 weeks
