**Outpatient Therapist**

Join our team at Avera Behavioral Health Center in Sioux Falls, where you will work within the Sioux Falls School System, providing outpatient mental health therapy services to elementary, middle school, and high school students and staff. This position includes coordinating adolescent DBT/CBT groups and serving as a point of contact for assigned school locations and Avera. 

**Job Description**

- Provide outpatient mental health therapy services to students and staff.
- Coordinate adolescent DBT/CBT groups.
- Identify and complete intake services for referred students.
- Work .83 FTE, requiring full-time hours during the academic calendar and one day a week during the non-academic calendar (June-August).
- Collaborate with the public school district to provide mental health services.

**Requirements**

- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an active license in the state of practice upon hire.
- Qualified Mental Health Provider (QMHP) with an active license in the state of practice within 30 days.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- 3 years of related experience and/or training.
- Clinical experience facilitating group therapy sessions and providing individual counseling services.
