**Job Description**

- Responsible for medical management of an assigned caseload of patients.
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Director as described in the established protocol.
- Have operational responsibility on the primary care team.
- Report to the physician team leader responsible for primary care teams.
- Work with a nurse to assist in patient case management.

**Requirements**

- New graduates encouraged to apply.
- Current California Physician license.
- Current DEA Certificate.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Ability to travel from site to site as needed.
- Experience working with clients and staff from diverse socio-economic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

**Compensation and Benefits**

- Salary: $260,000 to $280,000.
- Relocation assistance if out of state.
