**Job Description**

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Shifts per Month: Flexible schedule
- On-Call: None
- Daily Patient Volume: 30 patients/day
- Appointment Length: 15 minutes
- Support Staff: 2:1 nursing ratio, 1 APP (no supervision required)
