**Requirements**

- Successful completion of ACGME or AOA post-graduate training program in cardiology
- Kentucky License. Qualified candidates will have at minimum a medical degree, equivalent degree, or foreign equivalent degree, state of Kentucky medical license eligible, Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease, and completion of Cardiology Fellowship
- AAC certification
- Board certification or active participation in the examination process
