Description: Position Summary In this role you will be working as a contractor for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with the ICE Health Services Corps (IHSC). **Job Description**

- Provide direct supervision of residents in accordance with treatment plans and safety protocols.
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including meal preparation, hygiene, and medication reminders.
- Monitor resident behavior and ensure compliance with facility rules and expectations.
- Build positive and therapeutic relationships with residents.
- Facilitate group activities, skill-building exercises, and recreational programs.
- De-escalate situations using crisis intervention techniques and follow facility protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident activities, behaviors, and incidents.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external stakeholders, including case managers and clinicians.
- Participate in shift change meetings to ensure continuity of care.
- Conduct routine safety checks and ensure the environment remains safe and clean.
- Administer first aid or respond to emergencies as needed.
- Adhere to all state regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
- Attend mandatory training sessions, including CPR, first aid, and crisis intervention.
- Stay informed about best practices in behavioral health care.

**Requirements**

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's degree or higher in behavioral health, psychology, social work, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience working in behavioral health, social services, or residential care.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Possess an Arizona driver's license and state-mandated auto insurance.
- Possess or be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen.
