Your Role with Axis: Provides contemporary and effective clinical oversight and professional staff supervision of team members providing development, education, evaluation and recommendations to clients. Provides supervision and management of feedback to postdoctoral candidates and psychometrists. Provides in the moment responses for crisis, ethical, and administrative concerns that arise in the clinic. Provides didactic trainings, as needed, to supervisees.
