**Job Description**

- Plan, manage, supervise, and coordinate clinical services for mental health staff, ensuring compliance with policies, accreditation standards, and patient safety initiatives, while maintaining open communication with institutional staff.
- Provide clinical supervision, professional education, and staff development, including training, onboarding, and disciplinary counseling, ensuring staff competency and ethical performance.
- Oversee and implement evidence-based treatment programs, mental health treatment planning, activity therapy, and substance use disorder programs, ensuring proper clinical documentation and participation in Quality Improvement Programs.
- Conduct staff selection and recruitment, supervise clerical support staff, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure on-call mental health consultation services for crisis intervention.
- Collaborate with the site psychiatrist for crisis intervention oversight, review clinical service reports, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with facility standards, including professional appearance and working relationships.
