This position will be cover West Branch and Gladwin As part of the primary care treatment team, the Behavioral Health Therapist (BHT) identifies, assesses, triages , documents and manages primary care patients with medical and behavioral health problems. This is a collaborative care position and is open to LLMSWs. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available! This position will cover West Branch and Gladwin. As part of the primary care treatment team, the Behavioral Health Therapist (BHT) identifies, assesses, triages, documents, and manages primary care patients with medical and behavioral health problems.
