- Ensures Telehealth visits are scheduled accordingly based on Health Center's protocol.
- Monitors Electronic Medical Record staff buckets and weekly provider schedule has been scrubbed by PCA.
- Completes Incident Reports (including Sentinel Events) and appropriate forms in accordance with the Health Center's policy.
